Foundation stones laid for Capelli Towers

Construction commences on the two multi-storey apartment blocks in Square Mile

On 2 June, Christophe Capelli, President and General Manager of the Capelli Group, hosted the ceremony to mark the laying of the first foundation stone for the two Capelli Tower in the presence of Sanem's mayor Georges Engel and Gilles Feider, Vice President of Agora.

The two residential blocks at the junction of Boulevard du Jazz and Avenue du Blues are 15 and 13 storeys high respectively, and contain a total of 100 residential units, 198 parking bays in three underground garages, around 2200 m² of office space, and retail spaces on the two ground floors.

Future users will have panoramic views of Belval and neighbouring France from the roof terraces at a height of around 50 metres.
