Annual press conference Belval 2017/18

Impressive figures and developments

At its press conference today, Agora, the development company responsible for Belval, presented the current facts and figures on the development of Belval.

The impressive figures included among other things also the fact that in the meantime 1,000,000 m² of gross floor area have been marketed to property developers and investors. This corresponds to around 74% of the total possible floor area of 1,350,000 m² in the quarter. Around 46% of this total building area i.e. 625,000 m² is already completed or is currently under construction.

Agora also presented in detail the developments of the individual quarters, the focus being on the centrepiece of Belval, the Square Mile quarter and the future residential quarter Belval Süd that has been in development since the beginning of this year.
