First hall of residence opened

CEPS/Instead students move into new accommodation

The first students have moved to Belval for the start of the new academic year. The students are on what is known as the "Impalla programme", studying for the year-long International MSc in Social Policy Analysis by Luxembourg, Leuven and Associate Institutes.

The 16 students from 12 countries will spend around 8 months at the CEPS/Instead, and then attend a Belgian university for 3 months. The students' home for their time in Luxemburg will be the new hall of residence "Kampouss" / Uni-Val 1, on Avenue du Swing Belval.

The modern building is the work of the Everop building company. The rooms measure an average of 16 m², have their own bathroom with a shower and WC, and are built to comparatively high standards. There are also fully-equipped kitchens for every six rooms, three comfortably furnished social rooms, washing machines, TV and Internet.
