2. Red Rock Challenge again starting in Belval

Two-day sporting and cultural event in south Luxemburg

The second "Red Rock Challenge" is to take place on 11 and 12 October, this time under the motto of "Running, Hiking, Cycling?”.

This sporting and cultural event consists of several competitions such as mountain biking, running and hiking, as well as various combinations of these individual competitions. The course combines the main sights in the southern region, and takes participants through the nature reserves of Haard, Hesselbierg, Streebierg, Lalléngerbierg and Giele Botter.

The events all start and finish at the Lyzeum in Belval. One new addition this year is the Urban Trail, a 10-km trail that only goes through Belval.

The events are open to anyone, regardless of age and level of fitness. Participants can enter as individuals or in teams of two or three. It is also possible to enter one event on the both days.
