Club Belval in the Maison des Sciences Humaines

Around 70 representatives of companies, institutions, research centres and business people from Belval met at Club Belval on 25 November.
This time, the event was held in the so-called “Blackbox” in the Maison des Sciences Humaines which was made available by the Fonds Belval. Agora had issued the invitation in order to discuss the current developments on Belval. One focal theme concerned the Belval Innovation Campus with its university and private and public research facilities with presentations by Prof. Dr Georg Mein, Dean of the Faculty of Language Sciences and Literature, the Humanities, Art and Education Sciences at the University of Luxembourg.
Agora also presented current and future communication measures and campaigns for the new Innovation Campus.  A subsequent Walking Lunch gave guests the opportunity to exchange information. Club Belval has now become something of a tradition. Once or twice a year, the decision-makers from companies and institutions get together here with business to discuss current issues. The Club was brought to life 5 years ago by Agora. The aim was and is to provide the decision-makers at Belval with regular information on the latest developments so they can pass this information on to staff or clients as multipliers. The event is also intended as an opportunity for people to make new contacts and maintain existing ones.
