Ground-breaking ceremony for “Residence Verte”
A small ceremony was held on Friday, 19 October, to mark commencement of the “Verte” project.
The residential project “Saarland Bauträger” by the German investor consists of a total of 15 apartment and four terraced houses, and are scheduled for completion in 2014.
Situated to the north-west of Belval Park, the residential site is notable for the natural landscape and its unique views of the blast furnace terrace and the "Square Mile” business district.
The “Verte” building is the first building project by an investor from the greater region in Belval North.
