Belval presentation at the Expo Real in Munich
From 8-10 October, Agora will be presenting the urban development project Belval at Germany’s biggest real estate fair. This year’s main topics: office and laboratory areas in the Square Mile.
Agora will be on the Luxemburg Community Stand, stand 300 in Hall A1 of the Neue Messe Munich, with information on the current developments in Belval.
At the heart are 5 new real estate properties that are due to commence construction this year, and which have a total gross floor area (GFA) of 45,000 m². They will mainly provide office and laboratory areas for companies that are associated with the university.
The trade fair, which focuses on commercial real estate and the investment market, will be open for visitors on Monday and Tuesday (8 and 9 October) from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs, and on Wednesday (10 October) from 9:00 to 16:00 hrs.
