Out-of-hours surgery coming to Belval

Opening at the end of August/ beginning of September 2021

The Department of Health has announced that a new out-of-hours medical centre is to open in Southlane Tower 2 on the Avenue du Swing at Belval.

Since 2010, there have been three out-of-hours surgeries in the country (Ettelbruck, Luxembourg City and Esch-sur-Alzette) that also offer GP healthcare outside normal surgery times, i.e. at night, on public holidays and at weekends.

In order to further improve patient care and also to adapt it to current needs, the centres in Esch and the city will move to new, larger facilities.

Press release from the Ministry of Health dated 21.01.2021 (only available in French).
