Work on the Omnia Tower project, situated to the west of the Belval Plaza 1 shopping centre, is progressing apace. This Sunday, 30.05.2021, a mobile crane is being brought in to dismantle the 55-metre high tower crane. In order to keep inconvenience to residents, users and suppliers to the minimum, this work will be carried out between 2pm and 10pm.

The following road sections will be closed during this time:

  • A section of the Boulevard Porte de France between Boulevard du Jazz and Avenue du Swing.
  • The junction between Avenue du Swing, Avenue du Rock'n'Roll and Boulevard Porte de France.

Traffic will be diverted along the Boulevard du Jazz or the Avenue de la Fonte. The appropriate signs will be in place. Car parks Belval Plaza 1 and 2 will be accessible during this time. The closed road sections will be re-opened to traffic as soon as the work is completed.

The 55-metre-high Omnia Tower will have 15 floors. While the upper floors will contain a total of 106 residential units, the ground floor and first floor are reserved for commerce and/or offices. Further information: www.omnia-belval.lu
