Agora Red Rock Challenge is back

The next "Red Rock Challenge" is to take place on 9 and 10 October 2021, this time as a live event in line with Covid Check rules. And once again this year, most of the competitions will start and end at the Lycée Belval.

Most of the routes in the various competitions (mountain bike, Trail Run, X-Duathlon) will again pass the main sights in the region. They include the Italian quarter in Düdelange, the National Mining Museum in Rümelange, Ellergronn Visitor Centre in Esch, and the Fond-de-Gras Industry and Railway Park in Differdange/Pétange that will serve as stopping places or refreshment stops along the way.

The various racing disciplines will take participants through the Haard, Hesselbierg, Steebierg, Lallèngerbierg and Giele Botter nature reserves.

There will be live music and refreshments at the destination in Belval, as well as changing facilities, hot showers, and a bike washing station for the mountain bikers.

The development company Agora has supported the event as the main partner for many years.
