Official opening of the CIPA
The CIPA, home for seniors in Belval Nord called “Résidence op der Waassertrap” was officially opened on 29 November.
30 years after Sassenheim opened its original home for seniors in Zolver, at the time away from the centre of the village, the new building now demonstrates how standards and ideas of care for seniors have developed in the intervening three decades. The new home is at the heart of Belval-Nord, and thus at the heart of multi-generation life in this still-young residential area.
