Positive atmosphere at Expo Real 2013

Once again, the mood in the property market is more relaxed
Development company Agora enjoyed the positive atmosphere at this year's Expo Real, the international property and investment trade fair held from 7th to 9th October in Munich. Sharing a stand with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, Agora presented the latest developments at the Belval conversion project in the south of the country. As well as networking with familiar players from Luxembourg and the adjoining greater region, Agora primarily used the trade fair to talk to project developers and press representatives from the German-speaking world. The better mood overall in the property market, the progress made in developing the location of Belval, with the imminent relocation of the University, has seen the demand for office space in Belval increase. The mood in the market and the resultant project developments were also a subject for podium discussion in the Expo Real Forum, whith the participation of Jürgen Primm, Development Coordinator at Agora. Around 150 participants followed the discussion by four property sector experts, who debated topical issues from a number of different perspectives.
